Alisa served at Good Energy as the Director of Climate Storytelling Programs (May 2022-August 2024), where she lead the strategic and business development, and execution of the climate storytelling program. She played a pivotal role in shaping the climate narrative of numerous TV shows, films, and podcasts reaching millions of viewers worldwide. Her clients included Netflix, Apple TV+, Disney, Paramount, Spotify, Cinereach among others. In 2022, she co-led a qualitative research initiative, including  interviewing over 100 industry leaders from which she designed eight core offerings tailored to address diverse industry needs, including story-first research, futuring and worldbuilding, as well as climate sensitive script reviews.

Good Energy is a nonprofit story consultancy for the age of climate change. They support TV and film creators in telling wildly entertaining stories that honestly reflect the world we live in now—a world that’s in a climate crisis. They aim to make it as easy as possible to portray the climate crisis on-screen in entertaining and artful ways, in any storyline, across every genre.
